The quote workflow collects the contact details, specifications, fulfilment information and artwork needed to review your project. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in your notes or uploads.

Artwork is stored privately and checked before staff download. Secure guest links expire and can be revoked. Keep your link private: it grants access to that request. Account access requires a verified email address. Staff access is restricted by role.

Messages belong to the secure portal thread. Transactional emails point back to the portal; inbound email replies are not connected by this application. You can contact info@weprintfine.ca about access, correction or deletion requests.

Draft product choices may be saved in this browser. Contact and fulfilment drafts are kept in session storage while you complete the request. You can clear them by clearing this site’s browser data. Customer information is not included in public search indexes or public page URLs.

This staging application still requires the business owner’s approved retention schedule and privacy review before public launch. Local test mode records email jobs without delivering real email.
