Custom inquiry · Quote required

Coordinate a consistent identity across multiple vehicles while keeping each model’s dimensions and fit requirements visible. Start with your preferred specifications, even if a few decisions are still open. House of Fine Print reviews each request with your artwork and intended use before issuing a firm quote.

Choosing fleet graphics

Start with the vehicle make, model, year and the coverage you have in mind. A partial wrap, lettering and a full wrap have different requirements. Photographs of every side help identify body contours, existing graphics and surface issues. Any material recommendation remains subject to a vehicle and paint-condition review.

Formats to discuss

These are specification preferences for a custom inquiry. Availability, stock, finishing combinations and any accessories are checked by the studio. Use “Help me choose” when you do not have a preference, or describe a custom requirement in the item notes. If two designs need different specifications, add them as separate items so the quote is clear.

Designed for the way you use it

Choose a message that can be understood while the vehicle is parked or passing. A trades van may need a clear service description and phone number, while a fleet benefits from a repeatable layout. Add each vehicle or vehicle type separately so coverage, condition and installation timing can be reviewed.

Preparing your artwork

Provide the logo in a vector format if available and include straight-on vehicle photographs. A generic vehicle template cannot replace measurements of the actual vehicle. Keep essential details away from door gaps and complex contours; the studio will review placement before preparing a proof.

From request to production

Choose your quantity, upload artwork if it is ready, and tell us when you need the finished pieces. You can request design assistance or send artwork later. The team checks the specification and may ask for measurements or a revised file. You receive a versioned quote with a clear scope and expiry. Accepting that quote does not approve the artwork: the current proof needs a separate approval before production can be scheduled.

Planning your timing

Your requested date helps us assess the job; it is not a production commitment. Scheduling depends on the specification, quantity, material availability, artwork readiness and approval. Pickup is available at our Ottawa studio by arrangement. Delivery and installation locations are reviewed individually, with costs and access conditions set out in the quote.

A few useful answers

Can I request help choosing the specification?

Yes. Select “Help me choose” and describe how you will use the piece. The studio will confirm a suitable specification in your quote.

Can I request more than one fleet graphics design?

Yes. Add a separate line for each design or specification so quantities and artwork stay connected.

Is the date I request guaranteed?

No. The studio confirms scheduling after reviewing specifications, artwork, quantity and availability.
