Custom inquiry · Quote required
Create a seasonal greeting with a campaign year, message and mailing plan that belong to your organisation. Start with your preferred specifications, even if a few decisions are still open. House of Fine Print reviews each request with your artwork and intended use before issuing a firm quote.
Choosing holiday cards
Think about how this piece will be read: handed to someone, displayed at a counter, tucked into a bag or mailed. That context shapes the size and paper choice. For folded pieces, the number and direction of panels affect how the story unfolds. If you need people to write on the print, mention it before choosing a coated finish.
Formats to discuss
This request can include Christmas & Holiday Cards 2027. These are specification preferences for a custom inquiry. Availability, stock, finishing combinations and any accessories are checked by the studio. Use “Help me choose” when you do not have a preference, or describe a custom requirement in the item notes. If two designs need different specifications, add them as separate items so the quote is clear.
Designed for the way you use it
Plan around one useful message and a clear response: visit, book, call or keep the information. An Ottawa restaurant menu, community-event handout and professional-service brochure have different reading distances and update cycles. Let us know how often information changes so the quantity and format can reflect the way you work.
Preparing your artwork
Share the finished dimensions and an open layout for anything that folds. Panel widths, fold clearances and trim allowances depend on the format, so use the template supplied for your approved specification. Keep text editable in a working copy and provide a PDF for review. Tell us whether images or prices are still awaiting approval.
From request to production
Choose your quantity, upload artwork if it is ready, and tell us when you need the finished pieces. You can request design assistance or send artwork later. The team checks the specification and may ask for measurements or a revised file. You receive a versioned quote with a clear scope and expiry. Accepting that quote does not approve the artwork: the current proof needs a separate approval before production can be scheduled.
Planning your timing
Your requested date helps us assess the job; it is not a production commitment. Scheduling depends on the specification, quantity, material availability, artwork readiness and approval. Pickup is available at our Ottawa studio by arrangement. Delivery and installation locations are reviewed individually, with costs and access conditions set out in the quote.
