Feather flags

Add height to an event or promotional display with a shaped flag and an appropriate base arrangement.

Custom inquiry · Quote required

Add height to an event or promotional display with a shaped flag and an appropriate base arrangement. Start with your preferred specifications, even if a few decisions are still open. House of Fine Print reviews each request with your artwork and intended use before issuing a firm quote.

Choosing feather flags

Plan the display around its footprint, transport and setup. Venue rules, wind exposure, ceiling height and the available space affect what is practical. Be explicit about graphics only, replacement graphics, hardware only or a complete system. Existing hardware needs dimensions and identifying photographs.

Formats to discuss

This request can include Custom Feather Flags. These are specification preferences for a custom inquiry. Availability, stock, finishing combinations and any accessories are checked by the studio. Use “Help me choose” when you do not have a preference, or describe a custom requirement in the item notes. If two designs need different specifications, add them as separate items so the quote is clear.

Designed for the way you use it

Build a coherent presence from a few clear elements rather than competing messages. An exhibition backdrop, table cover and directional sign can share a visual language while doing different jobs. Include the venue, setup conditions and who will assemble the display in your request.

Preparing your artwork

Ask for the template for the specific display system before finalising artwork. Large seams, safe zones, pole pockets and visible areas vary by construction. Provide the event date as a requested deadline and include the date the display must be in hand, allowing time for setup.

From request to production

Choose your quantity, upload artwork if it is ready, and tell us when you need the finished pieces. You can request design assistance or send artwork later. The team checks the specification and may ask for measurements or a revised file. You receive a versioned quote with a clear scope and expiry. Accepting that quote does not approve the artwork: the current proof needs a separate approval before production can be scheduled.

Planning your timing

Your requested date helps us assess the job; it is not a production commitment. Scheduling depends on the specification, quantity, material availability, artwork readiness and approval. Pickup is available at our Ottawa studio by arrangement. Delivery and installation locations are reviewed individually, with costs and access conditions set out in the quote.

A few useful answers

Can I request help choosing the specification?

Yes. Select “Help me choose” and describe how you will use the piece. The studio will confirm a suitable specification in your quote.

Can I request more than one feather flags design?

Yes. Add a separate line for each design or specification so quantities and artwork stay connected.

Is the date I request guaranteed?

No. The studio confirms scheduling after reviewing specifications, artwork, quantity and availability.
